Schools all over the world are discovering that open source software works. It's the product of a better development paradigm based on collaboration and cooperation. We want to apply the same principles to course content for schools.

Digital Photography and the Gimp is an open content based photography course designed for schools. The course is based on free software and the belief that teachers working together can create superior curriculum and content for our students.

Attribution. The licensor permits others to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work. In return, licensees must give the original author credit.

Share Alike. The licensor permits others to distribute derivative works only under a license identical to the one that governs the licensor's work.
It is our hope that you will use the photo assignments and forums with your students. We'd also like to see teachers and students alike participate in creating and improving lessons.
